Returns Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging where possible
- Complete with tags, labels or accessories included
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Used items
- Items damaged after delivery through misuse
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Perishable bait products (if applicable)
- Items returned outside the return window unless faulty
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement, refund or suitable resolution.
Please include photos where possible.
How to Return an Item
To request a return, please email:
Include:
- Your order number
- Full name
- Reason for return
- Photos if item is faulty/damaged
We will provide return instructions.
Return Postage Costs
- If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover return costs where appropriate.
- If you changed your mind, return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.
We recommend tracked postage.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow:
- 3–5 working days for inspection
- Additional bank processing times depending on provider
Exchanges
If you would like an exchange, please contact us and we will advise availability.
Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
